Has a unique setting high in the hills, with a great view over the forest, down to Playas Pelada and Guiones. Birds and monkeys visit the trees surrounding the lodge, which borders the private Amigos de Nosara Reserve. The hospitable owner is a triathlete who coaches the local swimming team. Guests can work out in the 25-meter lap pool. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Short- and long-term rentals available. Recommended.
