PDF downloading, viewing, and printing
Once installed, the ®Adobe reader version 7.0 has proven robust and trouble
free but if you are having difficulties check the

Ordering

Credit Card Code
On both VISA and MasterCard, the code number appears as the last three digits
printed in the signature panel on the back side of the credit card. Click

Damaged in Shipping
If you recieve a map that was damaged in transit please contact
us for a free replacement (please include your full name and the last 4
digits of the credit card number used to purchase the map.)
If is still useable, we'd appreciate it if you would drop it off at the nearest
public or school library as a donation to their collection. If the damaged
map is unuseable please recycle it in a bin for plastic shopping bags provided
at many supermarkets.
Use & Care
These maps are tough and waterproof. A special coating is applied
after the four color print process to provide resistance to scuffing
and abrasion. The map should be dried before storage.
If any small cuts or tears do occur they should be repaired with transparent
tape to prevent them from growing. In the unlikely event that your Costa Rica
map is frozen while wet it should be thawed before opening to prevent cracking.
Downloads/Login
If you have forgotten your username or password to login for downloads please
enter the e-mail address that you used to purchase the Costa Rica map in

page and your information will be e-mailed.
Codes
If you purchase the waterproof map of Costa Rica anywhere except from this
website, or you recieved it as a gift, you may have been given a
code valid for free acess to the PDF Atlas. Instructions
for using the code.
